Physical or emotional rehabilitation - no matter the difficulty you are dealing with, water treatment allows you to work with different tools to produce a fundamental change, to deal with what is painful and challenging, to reduce suffering and pain, and to improve the quality of life.

Couple water therapy

This is not about the available and familiar option where you come as a couple and receive treatment from two therapists at the same time (although of course this is an option that you can definitely order if you want), but about something much broader, deeper and more interesting...
It is a treatment that combines the touch, intimacy, and magic of water and non-verbal communication, with the attentive advice you receive on the therapist's couch. the elements of reprogramming the brain and changing thought patterns and behavior patterns (which you probably know from methods like nlp, cbt, biofeedback, or using eye movements), with the empathy of close communication, and the enveloping and inclusive environment of the treatment pool.
It does not matter if it is a romantic relationship or a relationship between a parent and a child or between good friends.
Couples therapy creates a space that allows us to learn new tools and ways to overcome challenges, communicate better with each other, and be there for each other - together.

 Conscious Balance Techniques

Concentrated workshops that can last from a few hours to a few days. Weekly classes or practice sessions in which we will learn and practice in a concentrated manner simple and effective tools and techniques to take care of ourselves and our loved ones, in and out of the water.
