How do you do treatments in the winter?

The treatments require a prolonged stay in the water (between half an hour and two hours) and this is one of the reasons they are carried out in a heated pool, under conditions adapted to create a favorable treatment environment.

Is the treatment also performed in a heated pool in the summer?

Yes, even in the summer a long stay in cold water will lead to a drop in the core temperature and harm the quality of the treatment. There are different qualities for working with hot water and with cold water.
As part of the treatment, it is possible to work in cold and even frozen water (immersions in ice water), and this has advantages, but in cold water the we will only stay for short periods.

What kinds of treatments are available?

There are various techniques that can be used in therapy, some are more physical, and some are more verbal. The treatment is adapted to the needs of the patients, so each treatment is different. Treatment can deal with rehabilitation, overcoming traumas, or be pampering and relaxing - depending on the need that arises.

Where are the treatments performed?

The treatments are carried out in heated pools in different places in the country.

What should be brought to the treatment?

Swimsuit, towel, change of clothes. If there are sensitivities, you can bring earplugs, special soaps for the shower, or anything else that helps deal with these sensitivities.

I have a certain medical problem, will the treatment suit me?

Hydrotherapy is used to treat a variety of medical problems. It is recommended to consult a doctor to understand if the treatment is suitable for the specific problem you have, and of course get confirmation that there is no problem entering the water.

Is the therapy for couples suitable for couples who are in a relationship, or can it also be suitable for a couple of friends who want a fun day?

Couples therapy is intended for two people and is suitable for all types of connections and relationships - whether they are friends, parent-child relationships, or romantic. Couples therapy can be a pampering day of fun, or process therapy to strengthen the relationship and overcome challenges and difficulties.

Are we alone in the pool?

Depends on needs and desires. You can be alone in the pool or you can share it with other patients and caregivers.

What do we actually do in treatment?

Depends on needs and desires. Water treatments allow the use of a wide variety of techniques and are therefore adapted to the need that arises. The treatment can include physical contact (like a massage), work with the body (like in physical therapy), various stretches, or more psychological and verbal work.

What is Watsu and how is it different from other water treatments?

Watsu is the name of a water massage and stretching technique. A combination of the words Water and Shiatsu (a massage technique originating in the East). There are many techniques that we use in water treatments. Watsu is one of them. Each technique allows us to do different things, in different ways, and of course the techniques can be combined.

Is it possible to purchase a treatment bundle?

Yes, it is possible to purchase treatment packages and receive a discount.

Is it possible to buy treatment as a gift?

Yes, you can purchase a pampering treatment as a gift for those you love.

Why a private session?

As in many fields, also in water treatment, as soon as large institutions intervene, the treatment times are shortened, the payment to the therapists is cut, and the quality of the treatment is compromised. Private treatment allows you to receive the time and treatment you deserve, and for the therapist to receive a fair salary that allows him to continue to provide quality treatment at a high level.
